| Securities | asset managements, mutual funds, regulatory compliance. |
| Syariah law | all matters relating to syariah law including family,
property, compliance, banking and finance. |
Fees & Billing Arrangement
We are flexible with our fees and billing arrangements. Our hourly rates range from B$400.00 to B$1500.00 for partner and B$200.00 to B$450.00 per assistant lawyer. On occasions and depending on the circumstances, we are amenable to a lump sum fee structure.
- Scale charges
There may be occasions whereby a prescribed fee is imposed based on the Advocates & Solicitors Remuneration Rules. In such an event we will be obliged to impose the scale fees. We shall be happy to discuss the ambit of such fees. - Disbursements
Disbursements would be payable in priority over and above either of the options above.
Value Added Service

We aim to have a turnaround time of twenty-four (24) hours for minor matters and
not more than one (1) week for more substantial advice and inquiries.
