Fees & Billing Arrangement

We are flexible with our fees and billing arrangements.  Our hourly rates range from B$600.00 to B$800.00 for partner and B$200.00 to B$450.00 per assistant lawyer.  On occasions and depending on the facts of the case, we are amenable to a lump sum fee structure.

  1. Scale charges
    There may be occasions whereby a prescribed fee is imposed based on the Advocates & Solicitors Remuneration Rules.  In such an event we will be obliged to impose the scale fees.  We shall be happy to discuss the ambit of such fees.
  2. Disbursements
    Disbursements would be payable over and above either of the options above.

Value Added Service

We aim to have a turnaround time of twenty-four (24) hours for minor matters and not more than one (1) week for more substantial advice and inquiries.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

We maintain a cover of B$2.5 million given the volume and value of work we do.
